Nadia Alam

Nadia Alam is Dark Horse Talent’s head of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI). Her background is in the education sector, where she spent 20 years in various research and policy roles, most recently as a consultant carrying out equity assessments and EDI audits at schools nationwide. A trained collaborator and consensus-builder, Nadia will be developing programs to foster equity, inclusion, access, and belonging at our company and in the industry at large. Nadia holds a B.A. from McGill University, an M. Ed from Harvard University, and a Diversity and Inclusion Professional’s Certificate from Cornell University.

Nicole Espaillat

Nicole Espaillat

Nicole (“Nicki”) Espaillat, Director of Special Projects, leads the portfolio of core operational and technical initiatives at Dark Horse Talent. A proven problem-solver with a track record of getting things done, she has previously designed, implemented, and managed customer care teams for premier hotels, created workflows to modernize database records for recruiting firms, and engineered client solutions in the field of continuing education. A proud Nicaraguan-American, Nicki is fluent in Spanish and has lived in three countries (the U.S., Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic). Nicki holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
